Sunday Nudge is a recurring automated SMS/text message reminder service. You create reminders by texting natural language descriptions to our number, and we send you an SMS/text message reminder before your event. The service is operated by Path Six Solutions.

By replying YES to our consent prompt, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Sunday Nudge at the phone number you provided, including scheduling confirmations, reminder alerts, and optional weekly check-in messages. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency varies based on the reminders you create. You will receive:

• A confirmation SMS/text message when you schedule a reminder
• A reminder SMS/text message at your scheduled time
• An optional weekly check-in SMS/text message on Sundays (approximately 9-10 AM your local time)
• SMS/text message replies to your commands and messages

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS/text message from Sunday Nudge. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS/text messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

You are responsible for providing accurate event details and maintaining a valid phone number. Sunday Nudge is a reminder tool and should not be relied upon as your sole source of scheduling for critical events.

Sunday Nudge is provided as-is and is currently in beta. We make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
